An error occurred while saving the comment We have identified that this problem occurs when the player queue becomes overloaded. We are working to address the this issue.
In the meantime, clearing the player queue will speed up the performance.

An error occurred while saving the comment The issue you are describing is a known problem with the player in Microsoft Edge and some older versions of Safari. We are working on a fix for Edge and we recommend that Safari users updated their browser.

If you are experiencing trouble downloading from your library, you may just need to configure your browser settings to allow for automatic downloads.
If you are still being asked where to save each file for every download, you can also disable this feature from your downloads settings.
