ENCODING ISSUE FOR TRACKS I HAVE BOUGHT ALREADY.
I recently had my entire library of ten years corrupted due to my external hard drive corrupting. I'v turned to beatport cloud for most of the recovery.
Some key tracks that I use in my sets have "encoding error" sign next to them. no matter how many times I refresh the page 1. download queue doesn't clear and 2. I still get the same error code.
We are looking into the cause for delayed encoding in the Download Queue of My Library. In the meantime, we found that scrolling through your Available Downloads page will force encode the tracks with errors: https://www.beatport.com/downloads/available
