**Download Multiple Tracks/Albums in .ZIP**
If I purchase an entire album, I should be able to download it in one hit - e.g. in a zip file or similar. I just purchased an album and had to download each track one by one, right-clicking and saving from the player for each one. Painful and unnecessary!

We are currently researching the technical requirements of having this feature enabled.

This really is a compelling reason to avoid shopping on Beatport.
Downloading large numbers of files in a flat list is just so obviously a terrible experience for customers.
There needs to be a zip download that unpacks with your tracks sorted into folders.
To those googling this: consider shopping elsewhere. You'll be shocked at how bad this is.

Juno managed a .zip feature TEN YEARS AGO! Don't give us this browser issue nonsense.
It just took me SIX attempts to download 19 tracks from you. You randomly miss out tracks in the batch download, and even when I go back to individually DL them, they still don't show!
I have to basically do three separate batch downloads to different locations, in the hope that when I consolidate them I have EVERYTHING I PAID FOR.

Seriously, get your Meta Tags straight. Name the files and Tags like professionals! I want to download and use the music, not do **** of a load of cleaning on all the files.
[Title] - the music title (e.g. "Song 2 (Blueberry Remix)")
[Interpret] - the interpret (e.g. "Blur", if multiple ones separated by comma)
[Genre] - the genre (electronica is no subgenre, guys!)
[Album] - NULL if single or no album
[Track] - track number in the album
[Grouping] - "Beatport Purchase"
[Filename] - "[Tack] Interpret - Title of the Song (Remixer if any)" - leave track empty if there is no track number
[Cover Art] - the cover art of the album or the single (NO BEATPORT COVER!!! I've seen this from BPM Supreme - ugly and unprofessional as heck. If there is no cover, then there is no cover, period.)Also, zipped downloads are no technical miracle. I've programmed this myself years ago.

:+1: for this one !
Also, can you name the downloaded files properly ?
Intead of adding a hash to the file name, simply name it as `artist - title` (it would prevent to have to rename the downloads from the meta tags :/) -

This really needs to be implemented. Grabbing 20-50 tracks per week was PAINFUL until I figured out the old, defunct, unsupported Beatport Pro app for Windows still technically works.
You've been researching for a whole year (or more, oof) on this. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to use python to do things like this for my work, and mine included having to SCP files from other servers to a central one first. Let's get the ball rolling already.

ok so I came back here as I worked out how to dl all files in one go - there is a little question mark next to the download symbol /libraray/downloads - click on the button and follow the instructions - its actually quite easy once you realise how to change settings in chrome
suggestion for beatport devs though MAKE THE HINT WITH THE QUESTION MARK MUCH MORE OBVIOUS TO SAVE MORE PEOPLE MISSING IT AND GETTING FRUSTRATED!!!!

You are researching it? Jesus wept, it is 2020 and you can’t enable a zip file?
From a service point of view, this is one of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with

Beatport's exclusive grasp on so many labels is a travesty. I detest that it is often the only place to find lossless audio of a particular album. Spending two hours clicking download links one by one is a huge waste of my time (and can't even be automated by DownThemAll or other browser plugins thanks to JavaScript screwery).
People will opt to pirate music over less. Y'all need to get your act together.
Let me save you some time. The technical requirements are:
* Cloud storage
* CPU time
* File transfersThat is literally it. Just archive things into one file. You don't need to compress the ZIP contents. Bandcamp doesn't compress their ZIPs.
Give your developers a plan and these requirements, then get out of their way. I promise you, they will want to do it too.

This is ridiculous!!!
Surely it doesn’t take this long to create software that outputs a selection of files into a Zip?
Cmon guys.....

Never used beat port before, I used to torrent all my music when I was a scrotty teenager, but then I moved to vinyl and Spotify for the past 8 years
I’ve started DJing digitally so wanted to build a (legal) mp3 collectionI Downloaded the D&B arena album and was so surprised I have to download all 63 tracks manually! All with stupid file names too! I was under the impression beatport was the place to go for downloading the latest electronic music but this is what tiring me off substantially when you can torrent a nicely organised album for free... I won’t be using beatport much longer if they don’t introduce something so simple as ZIP downloads!
Even if it was a standalone application (comments from 2015 suggest one exists but I can’t find it!) then that would be so much better than faffing around downloading track by track and organising them all after. Really really surprised this isn’t doable in 2020! -

Beatport is obviously going downhill . This is such an obvious thing it boggles the mind we'd even have to ask. The site has barely changed how users get tracks. If anything we've lost features since they stopped BPPro for PC users. I mostly get my tracks elsewhere because of their lack of implementing basic features to make my life convenient that other sites have. The few tracks that I can't find anywhere else I'll go to Beatport, then spend time organizing and renaming files to something useful and they have the nerve to up charge for lossless but not even provide the tracks in an organized manner. It's a shame.

Guys,
It takes ages to download all bought tracks.
I bought 153 tracks, no doubles and I already downloaded the whole list twice because I keep ending up with less songs then I've bought. Please, implement this QOL improvement.
It will save your users a lot of time. -

Honestly guys at Beatport, you really need to pull your finger out with all these requests and suggestions. This request was made in Feb 2015, then in September 2019 its finally ‘Being Researched’ ...wait what!
This isn’t good enough! It’s taken 4 years for a response to be made, I’m actually thinking what’s the point in everyone making great suggestions when nothing will get done?
Being able to download an entire album, or even 10 purchased separate tracks, should have been implemented into this software MANY years ago. I’m shocked this is not a feature on the site, and judging by a few comments below from customers, this should have been made a priority by now.
Please give this your attention soonest
