How can we improve Beatport Mixes?

My Beatport: Allow people to follow DJs + alert them when artist they're following is used in a mix

It would be really cool if people could follow a DJ the same way we can follow any artist or label for the "My Beatport" feature. That way they get an alert every time the DJ uploads a new mix.

It would also be great if they receive an alert when any of the artists/labels they're following are used in a DJ's mix too.

    great idea. more exposure for djs and artists = more sales=more cash for us, artist, and beatport! its a win win situation! )

    I think you could probably do this yourself already. Nowtrax (http://www.nowtrax.com/#!/). Apparently they monitor every new release which appear on Beatport.com and have an RSS feed. You could use this feed with ifttt.com and create a trigger that sends you an email whenever there is a new item in the feed that meets your criteria.
